Blueberry Angel Food Cake


Blueberry Angel Food Cake
Just 2 ingredients! REALLY!


1 Box Angel food Cake Mx
1 Can Blueberry Pie Filling (approx 22 oz can)

Mix both ingredients together and spread in 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 28-30 minutes. Let stand for about an hour and top with whipped cream! ♥

      This is also a lovely cake when you use angel food cake and a large can of crushed pineapple. Just mix, watch it foam up, bake and enjoy,
      Makes a 9 x 13 cake,

    Convinced this would not work I tried it anyway. I made it in Australia from a vanilla cake mix and a drained tin of mixed berries. Surprise, It worked and was delicious.

      Thanks for this...I live in OZ also and had no clue as to where I would find an Angel Food Cake mix, will give it a go with a plain one!!!

    I make the angel food cake mix and pineapple all the time they are great and definitely don't last long.

    ty for sharing this recipe..my mom made this on a recent visit and today i want to make it for the memorial day holiday picnic...its light and delicious yet satisfies my sweet tooth..have a wonderful day and ignore the haters..they are not worth your time

      Did you use an Angel Food Cake or just a regular cake mix? Regular cakes won't rise with out eggs.
